Wedding Coordinator & Master of Ceremonies
As part of all of our packages we include a dedicated Wedding Coordinator who will guide you through the process and offer any assistance throughout planning. They will also be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. This also means if you don’t have a family member or friend in mind to do the announcing we’re more than happy to step in!

Our typical wedding numbers are between 60 - 120 during the day, however The Out Barn can host up to 150 guests for the ceremony and the evening reception with plenty of space to tailor your celebration to your needs.

We have a team of Wedding Coordinators who will support you throughout the planning process and will be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. We pride ourselves on our personalised approach and love to go the extra mile.

There are many churches near The Out Barn, so if you choose to get married in a church you can still use us for your Wedding Breakfast and evening reception. The nearest church is St Helens in the stunning village of Waddington.
