For one weekend, the whole of Clough Bottom is yours. Arrive on Friday and set the barn up at your own pace. Marry on Saturday with Pendle Hill in the window. Wake up on Sunday to brunch, Bloody Marys and the people you love still here.
Our Estate Takeover Package is designed for 120 guests, with room for up to 150 seated and 200 in the evening. Twenty-seven of your closest guests sleep on the estate, in our 17th-century farmhouse, Coach House Cottage, the Dairy Cottage and five luxury lodges, all included.

From the Crémant we source directly from a family vineyard in France to the Sunday farewell brunch, with Bloody Marys and Mimosas, every part of the weekend is looked after by your own wedding coordinator.

Best wedding venue! We got married here in May 24 and couldn’t have asked for a better day. The venue is absolutely gorgeous as are the views and the surroundings. The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Especially Alice our wedding co-ordinator, she was amazing from start to finish! The Estate Takeover ranges from £10,500 to £17,000, depending on your date and whether you choose a weekend or midweek. Catering from our approved caterers is extra. We're at Clough Bottom, near Waddington and Clitheroe in Lancashire's Ribble Valley, looking across to Pendle Hill. It's about an hour's drive from Manchester and Manchester Airport, 40 minutes from Preston, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Leeds and Liverpool. Clitheroe station is about 10 minutes away, with direct trains to Manchester Victoria. For directions, search 'The Out Barn' on Google Maps rather than using the postcode.

Yes. Our Intimate Weddings are for 4 to 25 guests. They run Monday to Thursday, include two nights in our lodges or farmhouse, and start from £2,160. See our Intimate Weddings page for details.

No. The Estate Takeover runs Friday to Sunday, or Wednesday to Friday for our midweek version, which costs less. Smaller weddings for 4 to 25 guests run Monday to Thursday.
